easy like

easy like Sunday mooooornin’

Lately these suckers have been coming out later and later, so I’m making an effort to get this one to you bright and early on Sunday morning. Did you file your taxes yet? I did this past week and felt very grown-up about it. As you read this, I am clutching a cup of coffee at the annual Cherry Blossom 10 Miler cheering on some amazing coworkers who can run ten miles around the Tidal Basin. Being a friend is fun.

This week I went to a trivia night and drank beer on a Tuesday night and then got to work at 7:45 AM on Thursday. It’s all about balance.

Let’s get some coffee brewing and read some stuff, yeah?

Check out this sandal from Target x Who What Wear. Drool with me.

“Alise, do you have leftover ricotta in your mini fridge?” You bet your booty I do, and I’m using it to make this gorgeous dish this week.

If you don’t know, I’m religious, and this Bible looks like a crazy cool and usable upgrade from the copy I’ve been using since high school. It’s also pretty, and I like pretty things. Sue me.

Look it’s my personality in a skirt: pale, with tassels.

Mary Oliver on glorious sort-of-rhythm and negative capability (it just figures that she loves Keats too).

“Go because you want to. Because wanting to leave is enough.”

Here have some bookshelves.

All right, I need to put together the grocery cart my mom was kind enough to send me and do this mountain of laundry. Have a great week!
